Well, I do not have queen sized sheets to fit my bed (if I did, I would probably use them). So I guess my bed is not totally kittified. However, I do have my favorite blanket that I use all the time (thanks to my brother Ed).

Denise got me that Princess pillow for one of my birthdays, along with a huge fake pink diamond ring… The Hello Kitty plush dolls with the kimonos are from Chris (who was my boss at Marzocchi)…

The plush with the puppy outfit is from Momoberry… One of my first purchases there, it was too cute I had to have it. The pillow of Hello Kitty’s face is from Mervyn’s. The pink square pillow in the background is from my brother Ed, or is from my sister Anna? Anyway, Anna has one too (I was a little upset because I don’t want the same Hello Kitty stuff she has). Yes, very very silly… I cannot help the way my mind works sometimes…

The smaller Hello Kitty plush doll sitting on top of the red bucket is my Valentine’s Day present from Celina (I got her the same thing… Because great minds think alike).

Another great gift people get me are small Hello Kitty candies. Here is one for example. I received this cute little Easter Hello Kitty mini basket filled with candy a few years ago from my friend MeMe. It is everything I could ever want: Hello Kitty, cute, inexpensive and I will end up keeping this forever.

My mom seems to find a lot of small random Hello Kitty things whenever she goes to the Asian markets in her neighborhood. She picked up a few magnets for me on one of her grocery trips… Gotta love Mom!

I have come to conclude that Hello Kitty tin cases make great presents. I know this because I have been given a few in my day. They are just so lovable and they come in tiny, extra small, small, small-meduim and medium sizes.
When I first started working at NGTV, I remember I tried to show Rochelle how to use Illustrator. She kind of already knew how, but she got better with my help, I hope. In return, she got me this cute Hello Kitty tin case because she knew how much I adored her!

This past Christmas, Charles (another co-worker/friend) got me this pink Hello Kitty tin case! I wasn’t expecting anything — what a sweet surprise!

There are two kitty-tastic reasons to eat at Mickey D’s: 1. French Fries and 2. Hello Kitty toys in the girls’ Happy Meals. Here is a lineup of toys from 2005? I cannot remember too clearly but I know it was the year of Hello Kitty’s 30th anniversary.

The small toaster has paper toast inside — Tracy gave it to me when McDonald’s first started putting them into the happy meals.

Hello Kitty figure, which sits on top of a small plastic compartment and has bracelets you can wear…

Hello Kitty plush doll (the one on the right is from a previous series of Hello Kitty happy meal toys)…

Last summer, Mickey D’s collaborated with Sanrio again to bring a new series of happy meal toys…

To me, the Hello Kitty’s 30th anniversary series was the best. But I am glad McDonald’s has these Hello Kitty toys in the happy meals — gives me an excuse to eat fast food (yes, I know you can get just the happy meal toys without the food, but I love their french fries).

I dragged Amandabot to JapanLA’s one year anniversary party at Cinespace last year (so I could get a gift bag with Hello Kitty goodies and take a picture with her). That’s what friends are for, right?

I love Hello Kitty!

I am pretty sure I bought this as a present for someone (probably Celina) but I put it aside for too long and forgot to put a picture in it and give it to her… Maybe next year? Stuff like photo frames never seem to get old when you’re giving them to your close friends.

I am not a huge fan of Pez… Like, I have seen that store at Citywalk that has two windows filled with all different types of Pez dispensers and I think it’s awesome, but I don’t want it all. I am a huge fan of Kitty White though. I saw some individually packaged Pez candies at Wal-Mart so of course I had to buy them.

Months later, I was browsing around inside World Market and spotted a cute tin case collection.

A few weeks ago, I was shopping at the mall with Joy and we saw the huge Hello Kitty Pez in the window display at Sidecca. Of course I wanted it but I was supposed to be Christmas shopping, so I didn’t even check the price. When I saw Ed the next day, I told him about the coolest Pez toy I saw. It just so happened that that was what he got me for Christmas!

So here is my Hello Kitty Pez collection:

My mom got me a couple of the charms from the Korean market near her house… Ronnie (one of my ex co-workers from Marzocchi) got me one because it reminded him of me. I think they are made to decorate your mobile phone, but I find you can hang them from pretty much anything.
