Hello Kitty is the best carpool buddy one could ask for: Hello Kitty stays quiet, does not change the radio station, listens to you, does not become a passenger driver, does not take up a lot of room, keeps your car clean, makes you happy, does not scream or yell if you get really really reeeaaally close to another car… The only downside is: Hello Kitty needs to chip in for gas, especially with the rising price of gas these days.
I am always envious when Celina has Hello Kitty stuff that I do not. Actually… I am pretty envious when ANYONE has Hello Kitty stuff that I do not!
Fact: I can convert people into Hello Kitty fans. Ask her yourself!
I cannot even start to stress enough about how great my co-workers are! One of my co-workers, Michelle, is such a pretty and talented being… Who also has good taste. We got play-doh on our desk at work (I think it was from our Halloween goody bags?) and she was kind enough to make me Hello Kitty’s face. I accidentally kept touching it so the whiskers did not stay on for too long (I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to).
That super-duper-cute-and-girly-pink-foo-foo pen — was from Michelle — so sweet — I love it! I don’t even want to write with it because it is too precious! Anyway, thank goodness for the people around me who know how to pick out those Hello Kitty things!

I remember I showed these to one of the Art Directors at Sanrio when I had an interview there… I got the, “Awwww… That is so adorable!” But no “You’re hired!” So I was a little heart broken, but I guess will survive. Would have been a fantastic dream to work there though…
One of my favorite Hello Kitty purse I have. I got this from Momoberry at the Beverly Center. It is a small baby pink clutch in the shape of Hello Kitty’s bow. There are some pink rhinestones on the purse… the handle is made of small metal chain links… cute small little Hello Kitty metal charm… small compartment that will only fit the essentials…
I was in downtown LA today going Bridesmaids-dress-window-shopping with Tina (bride), Denise, Sandi and Jen… We were walking back to the car and look at what I spotted! Denise told me I was crazy because I stopped to take a picture… So I told her I needed it for my blog! I have no actual point to this story. Here is the knock-off Hello Kitty leg warmers:
I know, not a great picture — you can’t even see Hello Kitty’s face. But you can totally tell it is her. i would have taken a better picture but Denise would have thought I was really silly! Oh! The things I do to feed my obsession!
lI got this suitcase because I needed one. I believe it was after Celina got her Hello Kitty suitcase too (and yes, I was a little jealous)… I also found a über-cute luggage tag. The suitcase is built pretty nice. There was enough room inside for me to pack 10 days worth of summer clothing, hair products, shoes, and other things women like to pack on trips. It has wheels on two sides and three handles, the white hard case is monogrammed all over with Hello Kitty’s face, hearts, flowers and the initials “KT” which is a little strange… shouldn’t it be HK for Hello Kitty? I guess KT is for KitTy? Whatever, I still love it, except for the fact that I got it really dirty already.
I took my Hello Kitty dressed up in a lion outfit with me when I went to the U.S. Virgin Islands in the summer of 2007.
Hello Kitty is a great companion and she was super-excited to get the window seat!
And she is so smart — she knows the importance of wearing a safety belt!
